Each appraisal assignment is reviewed carefully as it is received to determine the specific needs of our client and the time table that we are working with. Having a dedicated research analyst on staff provides the company with the highest quality of information available and makes the initial research process quick and efficient allowing us to inspect the subject property usually within 24 hours of the order.
